My new wheels

Recently I bought a new to me car. After only buying a vehicle in early 2022, it was to break down while I was in France and is now deemed unrepairable to my great consternation...

Based on that experience and making a choice to revert to the 'old school' process in yet another area of my life I decided to take a risk on a 44 year old make/model. The underlying thinking been that it would be a LOT easier to repair.!

So here is my 1979 MGB GT. probably totally unsuitable in many regards, but it brings a real joy to the driving experience. A reconnection to the road via the steering wheel and the sound of the engine. I am sure that at some point it will leave me sitting on the side of the road awaiting recovery, but...
